Hi troisièmes!

You remember today we talked about your presentation that you must give me by MONDAY 7th OCTOBER.

You have chosen your subject, start by planning what you will say and researching some facts.

DO NOT COPY a site or text, I would prefer to hear what you have to say.

When you have prepared and practised your presentation you must record it. You have two options;

1) Audioboo

Register your presentation, think about speaking clearly and using good intonation.

When you are happy with the result send me the link by mail to fabenglishteacher@gmail.com

2) Woices Prepare your presentation then go to this site, log in, record your « echo » and link it to the place you are talking about.

Then send me a message telling me where to look.

For both these methods use the name LT3eme+your name, eg LT3emefabenglish.

If you have any questions or problems let me know as soon as possible.

With the troisième we’ve been brainstorming the city that never sleeps, here are some of the things we thought of.

Can you add any more?

Here are the CM2 primary class having fun at their disguise party.

Do you like their masks?

If you are interested in learning English phrases to talk about football, or about fashion, then why not ask Mrs Harris for an « appui » this Friday?

We’ll commentate a few matches and look at the Fashion Weeks that are taking place at the moment.

This week the 6ème and the 4ème have tests, and CM1 have an evaluation on Monday,

everyone will have their vocab tests as usual,

6ème will study the present simple and meet the mighty « DO »,

5ème will go to the Notting Hill carnival, meet Kevin and talk about their many talents,

4ème will do their first oral presentation, talk about the weather and social customs,

3ème are off to visit New York and discover the world of moviemaking,

The anglophone class will produce a comic strip and have some fun with film trailers.

I’m also looking forward to meeting the parents of the primary pupils this week.

Now I’m off to do some marking!
